Questions about house and apartment lockouts
Will you have to drill my lock?
Usually not. Drilling is a last resort, used only when a lock can't be opened any other way. If it's needed, we'll tell you first and can fit a new lock on the spot.
I've lost my keys. Should I change my locks?
If the keys could be linked to your address, it's a good idea. We can rekey or replace your locks so the lost keys no longer work.
