When it counts, we pick up
Emergencies don't keep business hours, so neither do we. Our phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. From our base on Coward St in Mascot we cover the airport precinct, the inner south, the eastern suburbs and the CBD, so help is usually close by.
What counts as a locksmith emergency
Anything that leaves you unable to get in, unable to get out, or unable to lock up. That includes being locked out of your home, car or business, a key snapped off inside the lock, a lock that has seized, and doors or windows damaged in a break-in. If you're unsure, call and we'll talk it through with you.
Upfront and straightforward
Before we head out, we'll ask a few quick questions about the lock and the situation and give you a quote over the phone. No surprises when we arrive. Our locksmiths use non-destructive entry wherever possible, so your door and lock are usually left in working order.
